I’m a classic Enneagram Type 2 (The Helper), and find so much joy in supporting you in your greatest endeavors, celebrating your big and small wins, and being that person who you know will always be in your corner.

I navigate through life with a big heart for people, a love for the “little things” and never miss the opportunity to make a new friend along the way. I’m a lover of all animals, and am the proud mother to my Boxer, Shandy, and my Pitbull/shelter mutt, Moose. I feel most alive when I’m outside, traveling to exciting new places or familiar favorites, enjoying a strong cold brew coffee, sipping a spicy marg, or relishing any carb-derived food.

My passion for celebrating your wedding authentically and boldly first stemmed from realizing that there was an opportunity to blend the freedom and empowerment that comes from elopements and smaller celebrations, but also marrying that with the atmosphere of a larger celebration for couples who crave the community and togetherness of a traditional wedding. Your wedding doesn’t have to be big in size or cost to be big in feels. 

I haven’t always dreamed of being a wedding planner. In fact, I have an entirely different career background as a Registered Nurse. 3 years ago, I was an ICU nurse in a large and bustling metropolitan medical center, still searching for that *thing* that sparked my passions and allowed me to express my creative and artist side -- while still serving people in personal ways during a monumental event in their life. Through leaning into this newfound passion and finding an unexpected talent that I never knew I had, I found my perfect way to combine my love for connecting with others with my eye for souful + heartfelt design. Taking one giant leap of faith into business ownership landed me here, with a full-time wedding planning and design firm in Kansas City and serving couples all across the country.
